How to Fix Incorrect Region Selection

If you are experiencing issues with OneBusAway for iOS where the app claims that you are “out of the service area,” you may need to manually choose the correct region in which you are located.

1. Tap on the Info/More tab
2. Tap on Region
3. Turn off Automatically Selection Region if it is turned on.
4. Choose your correct region.
5. Tap the back button and get back to using OneBusAway.
