Our members include government agencies, educational institutions, companies, non-profits, and individual contributors. A stable governance system ensures the reliability and longevity of our projects.

OTSF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all U.S. donations are tax-deductible. We rely on support from donations and voluntary license fees for operational expenses.
Partner With Us
We ❤️ open source transit software. We want to work with your organization to improve the entire open source ecosystem. We’ve worked with projects such as Open Trip Planner (OTP) and The Transit Clock, and we’d love to hear from you.
Submit a Project for Sponsorship
Our charter is set up to allow us to take on additional open source transit software projects. Contact us if you think your project aligns with our mission, and could benefit from a formal governance structure and non-profit status.
